SAND DOLLAR POOL SERVICE

I feel like you prices are relatively to be reasonable. However the quality of service is tonight. I have been asking for them to treat some stains in my pool for three consecutive weeks! The stains are still there. I just feel like it’s the weekly service that I am paying for is being performed adequately this should not happen. I have tried on three occasions to address this.

Had an issue needing repair and they didn’t get back to me for 10 days. I was moving on to another vendor when they finally got back to me. They were very attentive and Professional and fixed issue soon there after.

FIRED ON MAY 2017 AFTER 4 -5 MONTH NOT SURE HOW LONG THEY WERE W US TORTURING US AND OUR POOOL -- this review is our opinion based on our recent experience w sand dollar, jessica and her father--- , right way daughter lied she is the owner , turns out info was incorrect when we toke her to court on trail father show up saying he is the owner lol met him only ones he was never present at cleanings, opinion -guy is professional story teller not trustworthy daughter turn out the same, apple did not fall off far form the tress , when she did not show up for 3 weeks pool turn totally green, outcome dark spots on the surface of the pool now pool need acid wash cost around 700 $ , was suing for that , forgot pictures how pool look before; therefore, we did not win otherwise w be able to collect the money for damages, our opinion of this co is very low , here are our tenants words in her opinion jessika is lazy rude flank filled w tattoos should not be allowed to pristine home , have no idea what she is doing' also tenants letter states we were not able to use pool so they left left early as result tenants never renew their contact with us -- we are fed up with professional gold diggers servicing Naples trying to get rich of home owner s and never doing the work as they should--- don't hire sand dollar will let you down sooner or later not reliable, not trust worthy .tons of excuses trying to foul home owner s using every trick they possibly could, words honest work re not in their dictionary cheating they know much better , we think homeowners should stand up for themselves and not use flanks companies as sand dollar that unfortunately Naples is full of boycott co as such ,demand honest working don't hire ! work or go out of business, enough !

Sand Dollar pool tech comes the same day every week our pool has not had any problems since we started with them. Any repairs neede are done promptly
