Russ Carter Fence

I needed fence repaired. Called initially in early November and was told a salesman would reach out to me within 2 days as “they make their own schedule,” she said. After 3 days I called in again and the receptionist transferred me to a salesperson who all of a sudden was ready to talk to me to schedule a quote. Salesman came to my house a few days later and took a look. I was given an estimate soon after. I responded to his email with my approval and said I was ready to get the work done as soon as it was convenient. I never heard back. I reached back out to him 2 weeks later and he looked me up on the computer and said that he had me on the calendar for the following week. He said he would call me back with the exact date and time once he talked to his repair people. I never heard back. 2 more weeks later I called to speak to a manager and the woman answering the phone said that was her. She apologized, and was going to get back to me the next day. It has now been another full week.

Asked for deposit back.

Sent an email (10/26/17) to them via their web site link with a date (10/30//17) and three choice times per their site. They quickly returned a reply stating they would contact me for a particular time from the three I picked. Never heard from them again. Guess I need to find someone else... NO... I did not hire them because I never got a response from them to give me an estimate! No contact was ever made.

Russ Carter came to my home in Naples and was very courteous and helpful as we decided the best course of action to replace my old fence which was literally falling apart in my back yard..Russ is the consummate professional and his pricing was fair and honest. A custom wood fence was installed by his team recently and it looks great...and standing after Hurricane Irma which is a testament to their excellent work! I recommend Russ Carter and his team because they have the best price with the best results and truly deserve an A rating. His office staff is also very helpful. I will definitely hire them again!

Russ Carter Fence Co was very prompt with their estimate. I called several other fence companies and many never called me back. I got several estimates over the period of two weeks....Russ Carter came the next day after calling, and their estimate was the cheapest too. He went over every detail with me and took his time walking my property and explaining items to me. I got a very good feeling and vibe from the estimate. They fitted me in and I had a fence put up rather quickly. They were on time as promised....did a very good job....and went out of their way to please me. I would recommend them to anyone wanting fence work or installation. My daughter found this company on Angie's List and it was a factor in choosing to call them for an estimate. Pat Tarkanish
