Paul gave me an on the spot quote on a yellow blue line piece of paper and there was absolutely no details on what the quote included for installation, warranty, the type of window glass to be used in the bedrooms. I called the main office back several days later to ask for more information and a professional quote with everything typed out and the office manager said that's all they do unless there is a signed contract. Two other companies have come out and emailed me with professional quotes including details of what I would be buying. I mentioned this to the manager and her reply was "Well, maybe you should go with one of the other companies". Not only the unprofessional presentation of a quote but the way I was treated when I called for more detailed information has impacted my decision to go with another company. When I read through the reviews and I see an F for warranty, I seriously question the statement I was given by Paul that the shutters have a lifetime warranty and 10 full years on the motor and prorated after year 10. I have never been given a quote scribbled like this on a piece of blueline. I am willing to fax this in to Angies List if needed. Thank you.

Robert Farrell handled all the paper work, from approval by the HOA to the building permits. Whenever any questions or concerns came up he called back right away and handled everything exceedingly well.

The Sales people were very helpfu in the beginning as we tried to decide what was the best approach for our particular installation. Regarding the installation they did an excellent job and while there were a few punchlist items at the end, they were all cleaned up after we discussed with Sales. All this work was accomplished without our involvement since we were not moved in yet. They were very trustworthy and I would definitely use them again when service is required

Sales person good and installation crew friendly. Appeared to be good quality. Electric shutter failed in about 13 months, did not stop and roller went up in cover. Informed by women on the other end that the warranty was only one year and gave an estimate of repair cost that appeared excessive to me. She also said if it may require two people to make the repair which would cost more. This was a single hung door. I questioned the quality at which time she started arguing for no reason and hung up on me. Would never use or recommend the company in future. I had the 13 month old unit repaired at a much lower cost than their estimates.

I thought they were great. Paul was professional, available and took care of everything including approval from the community. The shutters look great. The installation was completed on time to my satisfaction. They were very nice people. The crew was terrific. The follow up and office staff was good.

It went horribly because Alan Vincent and his wife, the owners of Rollsecure, got on the phone with me that day. I did offer to allow them to install late, perhaps using another party to oversee the job since I would be out of town, but on the condition that if in the event of an unlikely hurricane warning occurred between July 22nd and the UN-PROMISED install date, they would board up the windows at our condo. At this the owners became outraged and offered me a refund twice. We offered this deal because we had made a similar deal with another hurricane contractor who worked on our house in Naples and was also late in installation, but they were fine with it. They agreed because it was their fault for the delay (a missed order). Alan reneged on his refund and called me almost weekly for several months demanding that they finish, or they would put a lien on our property and come after me. So we began legal action to get closure and we got a full refund of our deposit about 1 yr. later.
