Steven was very helpful and thorough in their assessment and not only they helped us assess the issue better with mold in our home but he was very informative and educated on best course of actions to remedy that. BEST part was that they did not even charge us for assessment and remedy was small enough that we could take care of it ourselves once we had appropriate guidance from Steven. Working with Steve was great. I live in BURLINGTON (MA) and Steve came out to my house twice, returning after we had implemented some of his recommendations to assess the results. He gave us suggestions for how we could fix the situation in our basement on our own rather than trying to convince us to spend money unnecessarily. I was in the process of selling my house and mold was detected in the basement. I call around to several companies, and not only was Hamco able to get in there the quickest, but they provided the lowest price and the best warranty. I was living out of state at the time so I needed someone that I could trust to get in there and take care of the problem. Hamco was able to remove the mold very quickly and even set me up with a A/C unit that I could leave in the basement until the closing was complete. They really exceeded my expectations in every way and saved me from the sale falling through. Thank you Hamco!

Very reliable and helpful through the entire process. I was purchasing a home and during the home inspection mold was found in the attic. The home inspector gave me the name and number for Hamco and I am pleased that he did. I was at work when the job was being done so I was not able to see if before they left. Steven took the time to contact me to make sure I was able to see the work and if I was satisfied. I explained to him that we needed to buy a ladder before we could get up there. At that time he offered to either come over with his or pick one up for us and pay him when he got here. I declined both but could not believe the customer service provided.
