+ -1 moreI made a call for electrical service two weeks ago or longer. They showed up unannounced at 7 am. To fix my refrigerator, which the call was never about fixing my refrigerator. They did not set up an appointment with me, or call to find out what my problem was that needed fixed.

+ -1 moreTenant in property. Promptly arrived at home next day to troubleshoot 5 non working outlets and garbage disposal failure. Repaired disposal with reset as well as one outlet. Advised me best to wait until I was present to complete rest of work .Came out at a later date to repair all outlets . Sherry is extremely friendly and competent. Work crew also very professional. They went the extra mile to make sure they did not charge me until all issues were repaired.

Description of Work: We experienced a strange sound in the electrical box and R & R electric came within the hour. Their 2 electricians worked quickly, sorting out, and repaired the problems that caused the sound. In addition they explained the reasons for the problems in a way that I could easily understand. Also gave sound advice on the kind of ceiling fan we need to replace the one causing problems. The fan was not part of the service call, but they spent the time to find the problem with the fan and gave advice.
