I called specifically because I needed a leak fixed from the shower, water was leaking and my water bill was very high. They came to fix it and didn't have the parts. I was told to go get the parts, and I would go buy the parts and they were not the right parts. I feel like a plumber should have parts available. It took a good deal of time to get the right parts and by the time the other bathroom drain was scheduled to be repaired. I purchased a whole new set of the apparatus, then I was told the drain in my tub could not be removed. I was told there is no way that can come out without tearing apart the entire steal tub. He shouldn't have taken the existing parts out and just left a gaping hole. It is still unfinished.

They did a simply outstanding job, explaining each step and what was required and why. They were able to do the work on relatively short notice, coordinating several times with Naples Utility workers on changing water meters and getting required inspection to insure minimum disruption. It was a really professional job. I would use R Acres again in a heart beat and would recommend them for any plumbing job.

Quoted prices where accurate. Service personnel were polite, on time, and explained what was needed before work began. Would recommend giving them an opportunity to provide service if the price was competitive!

I called Acres Plumbing when my garbage disposal stopped working and I was unable to start it with the crank provided forsuch instances.Acres Plumbing arrived promptly, on the day and time set, to check the status of my garbage disposal.The disposal was rusted out and could not be repaired. It was replaced and the area around my kitchen sink was left as clean as it was found.

I called to report a leak under one side of a double sink. This is the side with the dishwasher drain and a garbage disposal. I did not know the source of the leak, but since it was a slow leak, we have been emptying a bucket beneath the sink once a day until they were able to come. The appointment was for 8:30 - 8:45 AM and Mark arrived at 8:25. He was clean, very professional and quick. He found the problem was in the garbage disposal and had a replacement in his truck. He installed it and cleaned up after himself very nicely. We were very pleased with the work, promptness and professionalism of the job.We have used this company in the past and always been very happy with the service.

They were excellent. They were very good. They provided wonderful service. The price that they had fixed on our water heater was covered under warranty, but to get it we had to pay to have it delivered the next day as we did not have any water for five days. We had to pay to have that part shipped, but they were very good in coming and fixing it. They had to come three times because of that part.

Not well, since I was overcharged and there was no follow-up from Acres to resolve my problem. 12-01-2011 Since I submitted my original report I have heard from R. Acres Plumbing Company. They refunded the entire amount of my bill, and apologized for what they called a and quot;miscommunicationand quot; between us. I am satisfied with the action they have taken to resolve the matter. I called on a Friday and we had an appointment on the next Monday. The man who came out at that time (Dave?) determined that we did not have a leak, explaining why we heard water behind the tub from the standing tube from the tub faucet to the shower head. He suggested it would be wise to replace the charger in our 20 yr old shower. He did not have the needed model with him but could send someone out the next day, who would also fix the disposal and drain. He gave us a total estimate and we agreed. We were pleased with the job Erind the plumber did the next day. He arrived on time. He fixed the shower, and put in foam to make the shower pipe more stable - it had been installed initially without proper supports. He cleaned the drain and showed me how to take care of it in future. He removed, cleared the blockage and replaced the garbage disposal. He was very professional and also very pleasant and willing to explain what he was doing. Both men were careful not to track dirt into the house and were very clean and made sure they did not leave any mess behind. While I think the price was a bit high, I doubt that we could have found anyone to do as professional a job for less.

It went well. The installer was prompt, professional and cleaned up after the job.
