We bought our single-family home in Naples in July 2013 as a seasonal residence, and were required by our insurance company to have a home watch service. I consider it our great fortune that we found Rick and Karen at Property Service of Naples. They have provided excellent service for the past 15 months. They visited our home weekly, using a thorough checklist to make sure everything in our home was in order on every single visit. Each week they would leave a copy of their report in the home, as well as emailing us a copy the same day. When we planned visits to our home, they would make sure everything was ready for our arrival, and shut things down after our departure. Rick and Karen have a list of vendors that they trust, and they are happy to recommend any who meet their stringent requirements for good service. They are also available to meet vendors at the home to supervise service or repair visits. Rick and Karen are hardworking, honest people, with years of experience in this business. They value their customers, and provide exceptional service, every time. Rick also provided Handyman services for us when needed, with the same level of attention to detail. We have just moved to Naples full-time, and no longer need regular home watch service, but I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone who does.

I found Rick & Karen from Property Services of Naples through Angie's List. Certainly, their straight A rating is what prompted me to first pick up the phone and call... I am very happy I did! Rick and Karen are consummate professionals - from the moment we first met, I felt an immediate sincerity and trustworthiness in their dedication to their business and in their interest in safeguarding our home. Most impressive is the ease of communication and the timeliness of their email responses. As well, Rick and Karen understand the nuances of part-time home ownership and as such are tuned in to the myriad of questions and concerns we could possibly have. From receiving shipments to their office of items we may purchase online for our vacation home but don't want to lug on the airplane with us - to helping dispose of the trash & recyclables when our short stay is not on the correct "pickup cycle" - to changing the air filters in the vents because we wouldn't have thought to do this ourselves - to meeting the air conditioning serviceman at our home while he performed his check up... Rick and Karen are always eager to accommodate and provide a consistently high level of service. With an abundance of home watch services available it stands to reason that not all offer the same quality of service. I know for sure that another company would be hard pressed to equal to exceptional quality and integrity that we have found with Property Service of Naples. Frankly, as first time vacation home owners, we had many new relationships to make and systems to put in place to be able to enjoy our little piece of paradise without unwanted stress... to be sure, the best decision we have made thus far is to hand the second set of keys over to Rick and Karen from Property Services of Naples.... you'd be smart to do the same.
