Very well! It was the first time he stripped a garage floor and unfortunately our garage floor had layers of wax on it. He got it done but it was very time consuming.

My experience with Mike, Owner, Operator of Prism was great. Mike has been a professional painter for over 20 years and his work is excellent. He is neat, thorough and knows exactly what paint to use in covering over unusually colored walls, as well as painting over wall paper. Mike's preparation was very thorough. Although he is only a one man operation, he completed the job in a timely manner and left my wife well satisfied with his work and she is hard to please. Mike is very pleasant and resolves any issues you may have. If you want a good professional paint job, call Mike and leave a message. He usually does not answer his phone because he is busy painting, but he will get back to you.

After several attempts to get together due to scheduling on our part as well as Mike's, rain and other circumstances we were finally scheduled to do the garage. Mike had never done a garage floor like ours and it was a learming experience for all of us. As stated above our floor was in really bad shape and had three-four coats of stuff on it including acid......He got on his hands and knees and was able to get everything nice and smooth so that he was able to paint the floor. He would let the floor dry and come back the next day to put another coat on it. It turned out to be an excellent job being the first time that Mike had done a garage floor. We were extremely happy with the results.

I have rental property that need painting inside only. Mike came in with the best price and understood the level of work needed. did not try to over sale the job but kept me in the quality that I wanted for the apartment. Mike also went beyond what he told he was going to do and agreed a pone by painting the trim in one room and the ceiling. All so that I had a better finished product. I would definitely rehire Mike again for my rental property or my home.

He was busy doing another job or something, so we are hoping to get together on Monday. I was very impressed with him because when he came over he was very knowledgeable. He was very nice and very agreeable of doing other stuff too if possible. My neighbor used him and raved about him. I guess he is a one man company. He told me that we would get together in the second week of October and he called me on Saturday and wanted to start yesterday, but I was going to Miami. We are looking at getting together on Monday and he said that he would call a couple of days before to arrange whatever we needed to do and get the colors and everything else. So far I have been very impressed with him. He was very dependable too and he was here when he told me that he would be here at a certain time, which is very unusual here.

We got together as scheduled; we picked out the colors and made arrangements for the painting to begin. He said that he would be here at 0800 on the date that we specified and he was here at 0800 on that date to begin the work. He did an excellent job and he finished the project as he said he would. I felt that I could trust him and there was one day that I left him in the house as I had to go out and run an errand. After he finished the project and left my residence I notice a few places where he had missed.....I called him and he was back at my house right away to take care of it. I would recommend Prism Painting to everyone. We were very pleased with his dependability and professionalism.

We learned of Prism Custom Painting from a neighbor who was very pleased with with work that had been done for them. This is a one-man operation by Michael Kunz, who told me he prefers to do all of the work himself. It was apparent from the start that he maintains a very high standard for quality and equally competent helpers might be hard to find. I called him on a weekend and he came by several days later and gave me an estimate of $1650 for the work we wanted to have done. We accepted and signed a contract several days later. He rearranged his schedule so that he could do our house the following week after checking with another client. We discussed paint colors during his second visit and he made some helpful suggestions which we accepted. He estimated that the job would take about seven days. From day one, it was obvious he was very organized. He arrived promptly at 8:00 am, as agreed, and took down all the louvered doors which he spray-painted at his house. The next day, he did one of the bedrooms and the living room so that we could use the other bedroom and the den. He continued in this way so that we could use the house quite comfortably while he was working. As the job progressed, it became evident that he was an excellent painter as well as being very considerate. We asked him to do a few additional things, such as the skylights, fixing the wallpaper, and recaulking the front-door threshold, that were not included in the original estimate. He finished the job in six days and charged us a total of $1800. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a top-notch painter who is also very accommodating and reasonably priced.
