Outstanding responsiveness. Called me Saturday 11:00 PM. Serviced On Sunday 7:30 AM.

Did a great job. They came out the day I called and got my a/c running temporarily which was on a Saturday. Replaced the entire unit the following Tuesday.

Prompt Professional & Reasonable price. No overselling, did maintenance and though system is on the older side let me know everything is running fine. Had a maintenance contract with another company and a year later my system reached 10 years old so they will no longer offer me a contract but will do maintenance for twice what Presidential charged. Included in the notice a quote for a new system! Suggesting I need replace my working system as it s over 10 years old! Mind you it works like a champ with no issues. Presidential put me on a contract (no extra charge) with same discounts for emergency service and maintenance at a lesser charge! Found Presidential to be honest and forthcoming in their approach to doing business and would definitely recommend them for your AC needs.

this was for a full system replacement. response was very fast and installation was possible within a day. the wrong air handler was delivered but quickly rectified when I reported it. Also the correct programmable thermostat was not available in the day of installation. this was corrected two days later. these minor logistical issues led me to rate the quality not a 5. Brett did a great job ensuring the inspection was completed quickly and the team did a good job completing the installation. overall great prompt service.

This was A/C Maintanence, made on 2 units. The A/C technitian spent a lot of time, answered all my questions, offered contract service that allows to save money on regular maintanance.
