Pool Service Unlimited

I have never been so happy with a service! Pool and spa was transformed into my backyard paradise, and well within the time frame quoted. My experience with management and workman personnel was always positive and professional. The cost was well within my budget, and the maintenance has been as promised. My new pool and spa are SPOTLESS every month, so I dont know why anyone would be unhappy with a service that always goes above and beyond and is so easy to get ahold of. I suggest you call them and set up an appointment, they treat everyone respectfully, and do what they can to meet your needs.

It has been three months since I signed up for service and I wanted to take this opportunity to say a huge "thank you" for the superior service that I have received. The water is sparkling clean and, most importantly, I have peace of mind that everything is under control. Please thank you staff for their excellence and obvious care and attention.

The pool is rarely vacuumed, less than once per month. It's cloudy. We left notes twice to ask them to clean the walls and bottom of pool too (per contract). It still looks grimey and there is sand all over the bottom of the pool (and they came today to clean !!!). This company isn't doing their job.

Our weekly pool service provider told us we are having an issue with our pool pump and suggested we call a pool contractor as he's not doing that kind of work. We called Pool Service Unlimited and they came out to evaluate the issue and provided several options to correct the issue that we were having. They even found an issue our pool service didn't catch. We hired them to do the work and were very pleased with the results and will use them again. Very friendly and professional! Great company to deal with.

Pool Services Unlimited used a subcontractor to replace my waterfall pump. They did not supervise or review the work performed. Pump wires were left exposed and a switch for the pool pump was removed. The missing switch was not for the pump they were working on. They returned and corrected the wiring problem, but refuse to replace the missing switch. I don't think it is asking too much to expect repairs costing over $500.00 to be properly performed and supervised.
