Pool and Deck Concepts has developed a one stop shop design and construction model that makes a project of this magnitude so smooth and easy to complete. They start by meeting with you and listening to your vision for the project, making recommendations in response to your vision. They work within your budget and make recomendations on where best to spend your budget dollars. Before we signed our contract with them they were very up front about possible delays due to materials shortages and labor issues with the spike in demand for back yard pool and deck rennovations and additions. What more could you ask for? They could have just told us what we wanted to hear to get us to sign a contract and then make excuses later to satiate our complaints. They did not. They risked losing a contract in being so honesta and it played out just as they had described so it was no big deal. So nice, when things happen exactly as described in advance. They are skilled at design, working within your budget and taking you through project completion. A few have commented negatively on the use of subcontracts. I think these remarks are misplaced. When a company has all employee labor they are more likely to defend defective work and shortcomings. Using subcontractors allows the GC to oversee all the work and insist that any mistakes or ommisions are corrected accordingly. It's actually a superior system for the customer. We couldn't be happier with our pool and deck area. The end product well exceeded our expectations and at what we feel was a very reasonable price. I highly recommend Pool and Deck Concepts without reservation.

My pool turned out beautiful. Just the way we wanted it. Everyone was so friendly the office staff, and the owner. The workers where courteous, friendly and cleaned up everyday after they were finished. Never left a mess. Our project was done on time. Anything we didnt understand or had concerns with and i texted or called them they got back to me right away happliy and helped us out. The quality of everything was top notch.

We thoroughly enjoyed working with Pool and Deck concepts. We were unsure of what direction to take with our pool and deck remodel, and they guided us the whole way. We were able to go into their beautiful showroom and have them help us hand pick each material. We were assigned a PM who was in great contact with us throughout the whole project. The workers were incredibly clean, fast, and efficient. They know exactly what they are doing, and didn't leave any detail out. We are really happy with how our pool and deck turned out. Highly recommend this amazing company for any design/remodel with your pool and deck area!

We selected Pool and Deck Concepts after talking with several other contractors. Trish was very thorough and had a quote to us the same day we met. We resurfaced a 20 year old pool and replaced the old pavers on the deck with travertine. We also replaced the pool lights, upgraded the filter pump, and added a salt system. Their workmanship is very good and our new pool and lanai are beautiful. We have no hesitation in recommending Trish and her team.

Writing today to recommend Pool & Deck Concepts. Anthony and Jen were the primary contributors to our project which was a cosmetic renovation, new automation of the pool system, new lighting & nook replacement, new salt system as well as a skimmer replacement to cure a leak which was the impetus for the project to start. All of the tile, glass block, skimmer and surface was removed expeditiously with minimal debris and what clean up was needed was done at the end of each work day. Additionally, we had an in floor valet system which worked but these systems have never been particularly functional. Anthony had a new and unique way of leveraging these pop ups by replacing with in floor returns which are quite discrete given they are also partially covered with the glass and stone surface finish. This mitigated the need for adding an additional return elsewhere which was a net benefit to the project and long term use of the pool. Bottom line, Anthony and Jen did a phenomenal job from start to finish. They were very responsive, professional, transparent and honest. The materials recommended, selected and ultimately used are beautiful and we are thrilled with the finished project. The team leading the work effort was diligent and fast while not sacrificing the craftsmanship; expertly aligning the tiles to achieve the look we desired when it all came fruition. Like with any significant project Anthony and I discussed the possibilities of delays for a variety of reasons. There are many unknowns heading into a project where you weren’t the original builder and its construction was 20 years ago. We hit a couple of bumps along the way but the critical part of me mentioning is that they just kept working the problems with me until we had resolution. Love this about their effort as many times companies with wrap up and essentially wash their hand of the project an move on. Anthony and Jen remained highly involved until all our requirements were satisfied and want to commend them for the partnership. Anthony, Tricia, Chassidy and Nick took over the completion of our pool during a difficult situation where another company dug out our pool, framed and shot the pool without a permit. The county threatened to make us rip it out but our heroes came together to remedy a difficult situation. Throughout the entire process, Pool & Deck Concepts guided us and provided constant communication and delivered a far more beautiful pool and hot tub than we had previously envisioned. We wholeheartedly recommend them and praise their attention to detail as well as responsiveness. What a gift to not have to chase those who are working for the customer.

The staff at Pool and Deck Concepts did a very thorough investigation of our existing 20-year-old inground pool. We followed their recommendations along with our color and surface selection which resulted in a very nice finished project and a beautiful lanai. Their attention to detail overall was very good although I did need to prompt them to review various processes of their subcontractor work along the way. We are very pleased with the overall project which was completed in a timely manner considering some unforeseen change orders.

Pool and Deck Concepts designed and built our pool. Job started November 22 and we were swimming in it by February 8. I had no timeline to compare this build to since it was our first pool, but my neighbors all were impressed by how fast the pool was completed. There was hardly a day where there was not anyone working on our property. Everything went smoothly, and there were very minimal hiccups during the process. Chassidy was in constant contact with us through out the process. Anthony and Tricia both are true professionals and know their business. All of their workers, whether their own or sub-contracted were very professional and true artisans in their field. I highly recommend this company to install or refinish your pool.

They were excellent.Very knowledgeable and always left a clean worksite at the end of the day. We were away part of the time the work was being done and they sent us update picture on a regular basis.The representative, Chassidy was very helpful in design ideas and regular follow up with us during the project. Highly recommend.

Our experience with PDC was excellent and pleasant. They took the time to explain all of our options for a pool and deck renovation and showed us numerous samples to choose from. They started our project quickly and continued continuously until finished. The work quality was excellent and our pool and deck are beautiful. The owners Tricia and Anthony were very pleasant to deal with and very patient with us. Their foreman, Leo, kept us informed of the progress and emailed progress pictures. They delivered what they promised and we were very happy.

Updated Proof of my past review… The week before hurricane Irma my pool and deck project was completed… After the hurriance everything was a total mess LOTS of DAMAGE pool/pavers/cage not covered by insurance. The Owner/President Anthony Lofendo and team couldn’t be any more customer service orientated. They got my money for the completion of the project and could have moved on. Instead they gave me top priority fixed what needed and more also got me a new pool cage at a GREAT price. I could go on and on but truly shows the character of an organization for not just taking my money and running!!! I will say it again Pool and Deck Concepts they are totally professional and have lived up to everything they promised us and more. A total class act company and on the BBB that actually gets the job done right the first time with no surprises at fair and reasonable prices. Believe me we did our research spoke with others pretty scary… Anthony and team have been around the block and knows the business very well not to mention something we don’t see now days, trustworthy and would 100% recommend him and his organization. We found Naples Pool and Deck Concepts to be professional, responsive and competitively priced. Though not the least expensive we believe we received value for what was paid. They also stand behind their work. When we pointed out a problem with the paver decking after the screen enclosure was repaired, they readily acknowledged the issue and corrected the problem at no additional charge to us.

Extremely unhappy with Pool and Deck Concepts. Did a full renovation and they put tiles over existing tiles as opposed to property removing existing tiles first. Now tiles are falling off. Refused to repair under warranty. Had to pay for complete renovation again from a reputable company. Do your research as warranty is only as good as the company behind it.

Believe me we did our research spoke with others pretty scary… The Owner/President Anthony Lofendo and team couldn’t be anymore customer service orientated. Anthony doesn’t just sit back he takes total control and makes sure the job is done right and also is there to answer questions and help you every step of the way via phone/in person immediately. He actually went beyond to advise my wife and me that we should go with a different color grout so it ties in better than the one we picked out and bought he replaced it because he takes pride in his company and outcome of project small to large. Anthony and team have been around the block and knows the business very well not to mention something we don’t see now days, trust worthy and would 100% recommend him and his organization. I found this company on the internet and on their website they offered a special price for resurfacing. I called and Anthony came the next day and explained the whole procedure and the pros and cons of different materials. The estimate was lower than what I had heard from neighbors and so I decided to have it done. The workers started early the next morning and they were done in a few days. Now we have a fantastic deep blue pool. Good work at a fair price.
