Great local company very professional.

This company is above and beyond, they are so competitive in pricing and their work is not only excellent it exceeds any expectation you may have. This is a "family" owned business that makes you feel so comfortable in window or door replacement decision. They will not disappoint, and they will go above and beyond to make sure everything is done to the highest standard. They have earned my trust and I am absolutely happy to do business with them.

Very professional team of workers that knew exactly what their task was. Owner of company was on site every minute of the project. Project included extraction of old windows and replaced 14 with insulated impact storm windows. Total job completed in 2 days.

Stay away from this company. The office staff did not return one phone call, all by email. The first quote was wrong. They installed a wrong window which they had ordered replacement clear glass. The problem was they only got half of the glass therefore two months later to get the other piece of glass. No clean-up by the workers. By the way, I did tip all the workers on the job site.

Windows took twice as long as we thought, but had to understand because of hurricane back-up orders. This is an all-family business which I like. Had five windows installed which I thought would take all day but they had them all done in just over 3 hours. Beautiful windows, professional work, on-time, and very reasonable cost for the quality received. Would definitely hire again!

This company is brilliant. Brian, Jerry and Tara work well together. They came as promised and methodically went about getting my seven windows installed. The job was done, work site cleaned up each day and the end result fabulous. They painted the inside and outside areas that needed to be repainted. If anyone reads this, please don’t waste your time with other suppliers. Paradise does what they promise and are thousands cheaper. As a point of interest, I used Home Depot on some sliders (5) and regret having done that. They were more expensive and I ended up doing the touch up work because they would not.

We found this company using this website, but when talking to a friend she had hired them and highly recommended as well. Jerry and Brian were amazing. My husband and I were completely impressed with their professionalism and the work that they did on our home. We ended up having them turn two large Windows in separate rooms into exterior doors. The doors that they selected for us we're absolutely perfect and it ended up looking fantastic. One of the windows had been leaking really badly from the roof and the guys actually helped us repair nearly all of the water damage that it had created by the walls and floor. They went above and beyond and we were so grateful for all of their help! They are super nice, were always on time, and worked 4 days straight on our home until it was completed. Their prices were more than fair. I can't wait to hire them back to replace our old windows and sliding doors!

Be flexible with your timeline. They are very busy but the wait is worth it! I had one exterior door replaced and they did a fantastic job!
