Panther Pressure and Softwash have been the most professional company I have used for my exterior house cleaning. They do a fantastic job and after completion the follow up is excellent. I now use them on a monthly basis for various outdoor cleaning. Highly recommend.

Daniel Meeks, owner of Panther Pressure & Softwash is an amazingly talented and highly skilled worker who has an incredible work ethic. His attention to detail, quality craftmanship and completing the job(s) with precision and excellence is so impressive. I have had many companies in the 22 years I have lived in my villa provide similar services and have not ever been fully satisfied with the sloppy, incomplete, lack of attention to quality and/or detail, late or no-show appointments, over-budget, unrealistic prices, etc.. Panther Pressure & Softwash, LLC exceeding ALL expectations I had. He was ALWAYS on time. ALWAYS professional, courteous, kind, diligent with his work. ALWAYS attentive to keeping my villa clean by removing, changing or covering is outside shoes/boots. ALWAYS left the work area neat, tidy and clear of things that required me to pick-up after him. He is just AMAZING! The work was phenomenal and the prices extremely reasonable. Daniel also alerted me to a problem at a window area where rotting wood had compromised the window. Many other service personnel had visited this same area and NEVER once did any of these individuals point out the reason for my need to continuously have this area worked on. They painted the area (poorly), did not address the underlying problem, therefore the problem worsened, did not offer to seal the area where water was entering causing rot and deterioration, nor did any of these others mention any problems ~ but they sure took my money. Daniel, on the other-hand, identified that there WAS a problem, called in consultation with another professional, sealed the outside portion of the window so as to stop the intrusion of water and discussed options offering suggestions, because the work that needed to be done was beyond the scope of their business. There was even a substantial cost reduction to the original quote. WOW! What honesty, integrity, willingness to go above and beyond and help an 87 year old women with options and suggestions as to how to remedy a huge problem. I think Panther Pressure & Sofwash, LLC is the absolute BEST!!! I, Susan Gesdorf, 100% recommend this stellar, reliable, trustworthy, honorable, proficient and efficient company operated by employees who are highly skilled.
