One Hour Air Conditioning & Heating - Naples

Came out same day and found the problem.

Derek did a thorough job. I would recommend him for the overall checking and repair if our AC based on our contract.

Pedro was efficient, professional and courteous. I would recommend one hour air for service. 5 stars!!!!

A/C maintenance...EXCELLENT!

1 hr. provided a general maintenance svc on my ac system that is <3yrs old. I also signed up for a 1 yr maintenance 6/20/23. Cost for all ~$1100. On 8/10/23 @6PM my AC blower stopped. When the indoor temp reached 81 and the temp outside was 97 I called 1 hr. No one could svc me until at least 8/11. I asked the CS if he had any ideas in the meantime. Nope. I said why does your company call itself 1 hr. That is false advertising. If I can I will get my warranty money returned. It is now 8/11 @11:11 AM no response. RB

Great technicians, but very mediocre customer service when it comes to scheduling. In the past and even today multiple technicians were directed to our address.

Isreal and his partner came to fix my air conditioning and they were so professional and knew exactly what they were doing. Very clean and respectful and had the job done in no time. As far as the price goes they were appropriate for what they did, they were not expensive like others I hired in the past. Thank you so much One Hour Air, and the girl that made my appointment was caring and awesome!

The gentleman that installed my air conditioner, put it in backwards, so it was blowing cold air through the intake, they came back the next day to correct it. I paid $12,000 for a new unit. I would recommend if you were going to buy a new air conditioner that you shop around. They were efficient but Iâ m sure you can get a better price somewhere else.
