We have been very happy with One Hour Air. Everyone has been very professional & knowledgeable & the customer service has been Excellent. Gary & Shawn are fantastic. Highly recommend One Hour Air, they are a cut above everyone else we have ever had work on our A/C.

I was screwed around for 3 hours waiting for Anette to show up. She never came. Then I waited 2 more hours before Shawn showed up and did, what seemed to be, a good and thorough cleaning. He explained carefully what he had done and advised me how to avoid the problem in the future.

The issue was addressed promptly and repaired quickly with attention to detail.

when the AC company I bought the ac from wasn't responding I called this company.. was referred to me by a close friend .he found that the new ac unit i bought 3 months ago was wired wrong causing the ac and heat to run at the same time ... great guy, was explaining problem in a way I could understand..

Gabriel did a great job fixing the AC and didn't charge us since we've had a lot of issues with clogs. Main issue wasn't the fault of the company. He also gave suggestions how to fix it ourselves in the future.
