Have dealt with Mike Carter for two years now for semi-annual maintenance/check-ups. Very knowledgable with AC systems. Explains what he is doing and the impact of the steps he is taking. Would highly recommend asking for him.

Honest and showed up on time. Told me the cause of the problem and my options. Not pushy with getting a repair that would cost me a lot with little return.

I got home from vaca and the temperature was 92 inside. Elvis came out after hours and on a Saturday to fix it. He was efficient, thorough, and professional!
