They were responsive, and they came out and set traps all around the house. They came and checked the traps for 4 days, and we left the garage doors open, hoping the rodents would leave on their own. No rodents were ever caught, but we had to pay $815.00. I called customer service and was supposed to receive a call-back from the manager, but I never heard back. I'm sure there was some mis-communication somewhere along the line, but it's hard to stomach a $815 bill without any rodents being caught.
Description of Work: Post-Irma, rodents had come into the garage.

Description of Work: I would recommend them to anybody and everybody. They do a great job and if you have a problem that continues, they come right back! They are excellent and I’ve had them for a long time. They do general pest control for me. When they do the yearly spray, they do the attic and inside and outside the home. When they come, they put shoe coverings on their shoes and move appliances to make sure they cover properly. They are great!

Description of Work: They do general quarterly pest control for me. They are really good. I’ve used them for about 7 years now and they do an excellent job. If something doesn’t suit you, you can call them and they come right back. They are very accommodating. They always keep their appointment times.
