The job went horribly bad. He did not do the job he was supposed to. He came here and he was supposed to finish the walls, cover and fill in all the nail holes and none of that was done; when he left I realized I had to go back and fix it all myself. While he was here he missed spots, spots looked thin in the painting and I had to go and point them out to him for him to go back and fix them. It also smelled like one of these Ponzi scheme supplement things; he is sitting here trying to sell me on his supplements and he was giving me a hard sell on this other thing that he does while he was here. I told him I didn't need him in my house painting and giving me a hard sell on something, and I was pretty upset about that. Then he left and said he was going to be back on a certain day and then just didn't show up that day and then he came back the following day to finish up. I asked him to get a specific paint and then he showed up with a different type of paint, the right color but a different type of paint, and the painting wasn't covering as well because of the cheaper paint, and he started insinuating that I should pay for him to go get more paint. I definitely would not recommend him to my friends or family that's for sure.

This is the second time we had Napoli paint for us (interior both times). The work was excellent, the team professional and we were very happy with the result.

We hired Napoli Paint Works after getting several bids and meeting the painters. Napoli wasn't the lowest bid but the professionalism of the painter (owner) was impressive and we gave him the job. We were very pleased with his and his workers' and the project was completed on time, on budget (as bid). We will definitely use Napoli Paint Works again.
