After an initial conversation I was told that he would get back to me with a firm price. After a week and no response I called again and left a message. Another week went by with no response so I tried calling again. He has never returned my calls.

We contacted Jim and requested he come and give us a quote for new windows. He responded quickly and said he he would be out in two days. He did not arrive. We chatted a few more times over email...all with promises to come out to our house and give us a quote. We have not heard (or seen) from him in 10 days. If you want to waste your time...contact Naples Windows.
