Description of Work: My 18 yr old central vac system was not providing enough suction. I called and scheduled an appointment. Came promptly at 8am.

Description of Work: I took my non working vacuum in for an evaluation and estimate for repair. It turns out that the motor was burned out. They recommended just buying a new vacuum which I did. They did not charge for the estimate.

Description of Work: The central vac quit working in a home I recently purchased. The tech/owner took my unit in for servicing, and returned the unit on a Saturday evening - a time convenient for me and probably not for him! I was impressed by the flexibility of the owner and his customer service ethic. My central vac works great now. I have since referred a neighbor to this company and she is happy as well.

Description of Work: The owner of the company drove up from Naples to Cape Coral to assist me to know how to clean a whole house vacuum. He arrived and proceeded to instruct me on the proper method and times the vacuum should be cleaned. He also cleaned the filter and inspected the vacuum for proper performance. He offered a brief history of my particular vacuum and recommended upgrades if I was interested.

 + -1 moreOwner was very nice and knowledgeable. A little on the pricy side for repairs but I believe that was due to the make of the vacuum. I decided not to repair the vacuum. He told me it would be ready for pick up and when I got there it was not ready. I would still recommend his service and would use him again.

 + -1 moreThey set my expectations high, and met them. Very happy with their services. We did not live where the service was performed, so I haven't spent much time with him, but he was always kind, professional, and good natured. We would certainly recommend his services.
Description of Work: My wife wanted central vac in our new home. It was a complete remodel down to the studs. Naples Vacuum showed up on time, ran central vac lines upstairs and downstairs, and finished within the time period he said he would.
