Efficient, respectful and fairly priced. Fixed a problem in one visit that another company kept arguing didn't exist.

Excellent service but highest price of all competitors

They do a good job. They are punctual, professional.

I purchased this resale in July of 2012. The pool and spa system always had something wrong with it. For example, the spa would drain at night after the pool was shut off, the self cleaning system was inoperable, the pool was not heating properly and, finally, the salt system failed. I talked with the current pool service and they gave me a fair assessment of what needed to be done. Since the expenditure was in the thousands of dollars, I got another quote.While the various components of this total rebuild were not significantly different between Naples Pool Service and my current provider, Naples Pool Service was able to save me significant cost. They gave me a credit on a recently replaced pool pump, that they took away. I went from 2 pumps down to one. They also were able to re-pipe the system in a way to save the existing pool heat pump. While the heater is currently 10 years old, this saved thousands of dollars now. Their willingness to work with me on keeping the price down is the major reason I used them. Their wok was professionally done. When I had a problem with the wireless control, they came out immediately and rectified the problem. The reason I did not rate their price as an A was because the various components, e.g. the valves, the control system and the salt system. were priced very close to the other service estimate that I got. They did, as I stated, save significant cost now by being creative in the reuse of the existing pool heater and also taking the excess pool pump.

They came every week, which was good, their people who came to do their work were very good, excellent in all ways, but I think their management group was not the best. Their pricing was competitive. I may not use their services for a while because pool service in Florida is very competitive. I would go down the list of those who are available before I reconsider them.

Bart came to the house and discussed the pool services his company provides. Provided references. After pricing options discussed and agreed upon, Bart personally serviced the pool and corrected some minor issues for us.

I have a great relationship with them. Whenever I call, I get somebody on the phone. If they have to send somebody out for an estimate, they are out there on time. If they have to do some work, they come and do the work. They are terrific to work with.

We have a long ongoing maintenance/service relationship with Naples Pool and I am very pleased with them.

pool continues to be in very good condition

They are the best pool service I have ever had. I've been using them for at least 5 years. They are very professional, prompt, and they stand by all of their work. When you have a problem and call them they will be out within the hour to asses the problem. Every month when they send you your bill they also send you tips on pool service and how to maintain your pool.

I pay $79 per month for the maintenance agreement. I am quite pleased with their services and upkeep. Every week, they arrive on the same day and same time. I appreciate their scheduling process.
