+ -1 moreCouldn't fix it it, I feel I was over charged for service and a Flash drive. Trying to contact Nate to share thoughts and better understand the charge breakdown by email (5) and phone calls for a week. Zero response Charges might be accurate, but never discussed ahead of time. $ 49.00 initial fee was to be used towards final bill......was not. I just want someone to call me back. Very poor customer service practices.

+ -1 moreExtremely professional and willing to come by after his last scheduled call for the day, at 7:30 pm on his way home. Really nice guy, very knowledgable. I ended up signing up for a regular remote maintenance plan to avoid the potential of future emergency calls. He didn't push the service, just gave me the details when I asked him if there was any type of maintenance service.
Description of Work: Restored internet connectivity and optimized Mac, and some other tweaks that I understood when he explained them but can't remember now.
