Back in the early 1990's we used this company for lighting/ceiling fans in our condo. Flash forward to now and the second generation is the one in charge! We had a great experience again. All the items were installed initially except for 2 backordered light kits. Initial installation took most of the day even though they sent 2 guys with a 3rd toward the end of the day to 'dress' 2 of the chandeliers with the crystals - a tedious task! Because NL&FD installed items there is a 1 years. . we'll come and and fix it . .. warranty. We had to call them for a fan issue and they did come out, ordered the part and fixed it. That took 10 days as they didn't have the part. We would definitely use this company again. They were very helpful & knowledgeable in the initial stage of selection of products.

They provided very effective recommendations on type, performance and costs of fan options and accessories. Price was very reasonable for quality of fan purchased. Fans purchased were high quality and arrived quickly. Installation was flawless including arriving to install a few minutes early; the 2 installers were very professional, took care with fans, were very clean, had pleasant personalities. Installers took away the refuse and provided instructions on how to use fan and lights.

The service provider was on time, very professional and polite, clearly experienced in all levels of my concerns. His work was fast and he was flexible when I said I would like some added things done. He offered info on how to best maintain the different types of ceiling fans I have. I would definitely ask for him again.

Process was great from start to finish. Went to the store, picked out what we wanted with help from the sales folks, set a date for installation, installer came as scheduled, and installed. Just what we wanted. No complaints.

We purchased three ceiling fans to replace three we already had and set the date for installation at the time of purchase. They called the week before the scheduled installation and said they had an opening if we wanted it done sooner. We did. The installer arrived on time. He installed the three fans and adjusted the other two that we already had and were keeping. The installer was friendly and knowledgeable. We are very pleased with our purchase and the installation. We got a quote from another company to just install fans that we would provide, and that quote seemed extremely high. So we stopped into Naples Lighting and Fan Depot. They have a huge selection of ceiling fans, and they were very helpful. We are so happy with the price we paid for the fans and installation. Plus they do lifetime free adjustments. We highly recommend this company.

Ceiling fan replacement and rewiring other existing fans

Best company I had ever dealt with in Naples. People were prompt and courteous. The work was very well done. I love this company. I never take the time to review but this company deserves it!

Justin Avery was the sales associate who helped my husband and me with our fan selections at Naples Lighting and Fan Depot. I had been to just about all the fan retail stores in the Naples area as well as searched on-line. I didn't want to buy on-line because I wanted to see the fan in person. I found Justin to be extremely helpful, quite knowledgeable about fans and their cooling capacities, and knew which fans would be appropriate for our lanai and our great room. With Justin's guidance and suggestions, we were able to chose two fans for our home. They were installed a few days later by an associate from Naples Fan Depot in a very professional manner. I am very pleased with our fans and happy to report that I can now sit out on my lanai even on the hottest days. Also, the great room fan besides looking like a designer might have picked it out (no it is not one of the "palm leaf fans") is most excellent cooling me while I sit in that large room. I would def. recommend you go to their store and ask for Justin to help you if you are shopping for a fan. The store is not one of those high falutin' ones you often find in Naples but you can't beat their prices (they beat the on-line prices) and knowedge.

I purchased the new fans with lights in the morning. I had a short window of time to have them installed since I was leaving in a few days. I asked if they could install them tomorrow, but today would be better! They agreed to do it that afternoon at my convenience!! Three men came and all the work was done in a couple of hours! They were very professional, neat and courteous!! I would hire them again, and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone! I

Went to store to purchase a ceiling fan for the lanai. They had many to choose from...we had to special order the paddles that arrived in approx. 10 days. The installation went well.
