They came over for the measurements and said they would send me a picture and a quote. I called them 3 weeks later and they said they would respond with a picture and estimate. Never heard back from them again. Total waste of time

It took over 3 weeks from order to actual installation but looks very good (a little disappointed that the awning doesn't extend out a little bit more but Naples Awning did a nice job of cleaning up after themselves. They are very pricey so I hope my investment looks good & lasts a long time.
