+ -1 moreThere was nothing really overwhelming about them but they were fine. They arrived on time and their price was fair but they were not the cheapest. I would recommend them. They were a little bit hard to reach. The quality of their work was good.
Description of Work: I used Mullets Appliance Incorporated for dishwasher repair and parts replacement.

+ -1 moreThe only problem with them is that they only repair items that their company sells. They did come out and repair an appliance for me that their company didn't sell, but it took a lot of arm-twisting to get them to come and do it. They knew what the problem was right away and were able to repair it quickly and easily. The serviceman really knew what he was doing but they were insistent in telling me that they only repair products that their company has sold to us. I think that they just don't have the service people to accommodate the products of other manufacturers.
Description of Work: Mullets Appliance Inc came out and repaired an element in my Viking microwave. It seems to be a part that keeps going bad constantly.

Description of Work: My viking convection/micro was not heating. Mullets usually will only service if you have purchased the item with them. I did not. I somehow got lucky did mention your service. Was very happy with the result!

+ -1 moreVery smoothly. I had specific price and options in mind when I shopped. My first impression was that Mullets was going to be too "high end" for my budget. Instead I got useful advice on models without pushing me over my budget. Delivery and installation went very smoothly.
Description of Work: Purchased new range and microwave. Old appliances removed. New microwave installed over range.

Description of Work: Mullets did such a wonderful job of repair. Having high-end appliances I have been limited with repair companies in the area. Instead of supplying unnecessary whole part components they fixed the small problem saving me alot of money. After dealing with another service company in the area I was so pleasantly surprised. Mullets will have my business from now on. When I purchase my next large appliance it will be from this company.
