The person sent was not the least bit interested in listening to me about what I wanted done. I could have been speaking Chinese for all the attrntion he paid. the job I wanted done was not done and the situation was made worse.

Miguel, the tech who came was excellent. He was happy to explain what he was doing and provided helpful suggestions. He fixed the problem efficiently. I especially like my first conversation with the company. The person who call spent 15 minutes walking me through some steps I could take to try to solve the problem which I thought was very nice.

They did a good job. The major issue when quoted the price for a service call it was $85.00. That sounded reasonable but then 2 people showed up and it was 85 each plus cost. Wasn t explained that on the phone.
