The tech and customer service were great! Ron was easy to work with and explained the entire process plus a few tips tossed in for good measure -the tech was on time and finished up quickly and no mess. He also explained the system and how to work the breakers - would hire these guys again

They replaced a double 60 amp ac blower breaker with a hand pull disconnect. The blower unit already had a built in disconnect on it. They took the expensive breaker hosing with them and left the trash behind. The blower is left without a secondary safety 60 amp breaker. There is a a/c breaker at the main pannel; but the secondary safety breaker for the blower now is replaced with a cheap hand pull cut off next to the built in by the blower manufacturer unit.
