When I read the reviews, I thought this team was pretty impressive, and at the beginning, they were. Pros: quick callbacks, responsive, notification of delays or challenges in meeting appointment time; pleasant demeanor (both reps/techs) Cons: leaves a mess, way overcharged; was quoted 125/outlet with each about 45 minutes which translates to $167/hr. Thought that was egregious at the time, but still wanted this done, so went forward. Actually charged me $150/outlet, then charged one outlet double, because of # gangs. Actually ended up paying $300/hour. I thought I was paying for electricians, not lawyers! I could understand if they had only given me a quote over the phone, but I showed the tech what needed to be done. Would not recommend it.

Highly recommended, very professional and reasonable compared to many other bids we received.

The electrician was good but the hourly rate sucked. 250 dollars an hour was really steep. I guess live and learn.

Prompt courteous and professional they replaced my apartment wiring with metal sheathing because of my neurological disorder. From staff to worker they were all very courteous, knowledgable and well spoken. Will recommend and hire again.

Rob was very helpful by explaining how the generator system was to be connected and started to deliver the electricity to the circuit box. He also was very efficient and friendly while installing the equipment and answering questions we had about how to add and remove circuits to stay within the generator's output limit.
