They were on time both times coming out to my house. The estimate was very accurate and the work done was meticulous. As part of the project, we needed two new electrical outlets cut side-by-side into an exterior stucco wall. The placement was perfect and perfectly aligned. The crew did a great cleanup job, too.

Very expensive- $291.00 to install one electrical outlet in garage. The electrician was here for 1 hour.

I did not investigate price. My hot buttons are: 1- Communicate what you are going to do and when 2- Follow up timely on the above (don't waste my time) 3- Quality work product This company (and especially the tech.) get perfect grades on the above.

Outstanding!! I contacted 3 different firms. the 1st was a joke. they estimated a total fee of almost $9,000. including a bunch of upcharges and duplications. the 2nd was more reasonable, but still excessive and upcharged. Ron Forbis, owner of MTF, Inc. came out. he was very knowledgeable and planned to replace only what was necessary, though he did mention other reasonable options. in the end, he did the necessary work for about $1400. including lots of time coordinating with FPL and Naples City Inspectors. Ron's son Garrett actually did the work. great job. quiet, efficient and knowledgeable. all in all, a great team and I would definitely recommend them and use them again if necessary.

Fast and efficient

Ron responded rapidly on a Saturday to my problem with the circuit breaker and came on Monday as scheduled. It turned out to be an easy fix for the electrician. It didn't need even close to an hour. It was my fault though, I should have been able to correct one switch itmyself. So it made the cost of the call plus an hour as was previously discussed high for me but fair. I would still call him again if needed.
