Very prompt, professional and neat. They did a great job and I would definitely hire them again. My only hesitation is the cost, but actually, they were in line with just about everyone else. Just seems everything is so expensive, perhaps because we're talking Naples, FL

i chose this company since they were aware of the community i was living in. they replaced the attic fan. job was done well. i thought it was costly but the job was done on time with good service and attitude.

Gary showed up within 20 minutes of my call. Found the problem immediately. Had him replace all the smoke detectors and fix ceiling light in the garage. Excellent. Highly recommend MTF.

I had 4 bath exhaust fans installed and 3 light fixtures changed. MTF came out and looked at the job recommended the best fans and fixtures to install and came back with a price the next day, installed the next day in 3-4 hours and cleaned up after themselves. I would definitely use MTF again.

Installed two ceiling fans, generator surge protector and provided a 50ft power cord for a newly purchased generator and instructions on how to use the generator. Have not had a chance to utilize the generator to test for function but ceiling fans were well installed.
