It went very well. I was going to ask the technician to clean the bottom of the joints, but when I looked I found he had done so on his own without being asked. My only complaint, however modest, was that there was some confusion between the person taking the order and the technician as to the time of arrival and I had to wait around for an hour plus for him to arrive.

We were very pleased from the moment my husband spoke with them on Friday. They promised to come on Monday morning and were there bright and early. They went on the roof as I said above and did a very nice and neat job, even more than we were expecting. They are billing us $125 and advised us to watch to make sure the repair worked and to call them if it didn't.

He did a nice job and was pleasant to have out to the house. I would use them again and recommend them to others.

They did a terrific job. We contacted them at the same time we were having the roof replaced. They needed to wait until the roof was finished in order to do their job. The roofing company jerked us around for over four months and never did replace the roof. This company would, on their own, periodically stop by the house to see if the roof had been done. After five months we found another roofing company and the day after the roof was completed this company showed up and did a fantastic job of removing and installing the new eaves and gutters all around.
