Molly Maid of Collier County

They spent 2.75 hours for 2 hours to clean and 3 bed, 2.5 bath. One bedroom needed blankets spread out, sheets and pillow cases all already on, bedrooms needed dusting, light cleaning in all baths, vacuum and mop floors all over. No laundry. They had time to make 5 kleenex boxes pretty, and write their names in my fridge magnets going over the 2 hours I requested (apparently I didn't use the right words to say you cannot exceed 2 hours. I said it wouldn't take more then 2 and they repeated 2 hours was the minimum charged and I said ok). My mistake here but they never said I had to say you cannot go over x time and I thought I made that clear. The top of the fridge and microwave in kitchen were not clean and they did come out and clean those again. Will not use again given they didn't do that great of a job and unprofessional to waste my money playing with fridge magnets and making designer kleenex when they missed obvious things they could have been cleaning. I didn't want to spend $98/he on those things.

The cleaning service responded promptly to all my phone calls, arrived on time, were polite, and did an adequate job. I have a small 3 bedroom ranch and I requested they not clean my 3 bedroom (I had already cleaned that room) and they were at my home for approximately 1 1/2 hours (2 women). The down side of using Molly Maids is that they are very expensive. They charge by the hour and are not particularly speedy.

Great, showed up on time, went right to work, just a bit over 2 hours, good cleaning job and very happy with the work!

It went okay. There was minor breakage which was frustrating. The items were small but impossible to replace. These were uniques item that were old. What can I say? Frustrating. Two ladies worked a full two hours. I really needed the help and they were there.

I appreciated the fact that they could accommodate me on short notice. They came within a couple days.

After doing more research, I found other services at significantly lower price. That said, Molly Maid did do a good job and it is possible after I while I may determine they were worth the additional dollars.

Very nice job. Cleaned better than any other service. The only negative was the price. Nearly double what others charge, but did do a much better job than most.

They showed up with no cleaning product. It was terrible. They were really terrible. I would not recommend them. They were expensive. There was no quality as they showed up with nothing. I would not use them again in the future.

This company did a horrible job in cleaning my home. On the first visit they neglected to clean my laundry room area. On the sond visit I came home to find my Siamese cat locked in the closet, crying for help. She was so upset that she scratched the carpet under the door off the floorboard. Negligence and cruelty to defenseless animals is unacceptable. If have animals or care about animals do NOT use this service and encourage others to NOT use this service either. Needless to say I will NEVER use them again.

we had new laminate floors put down in four rooms and there was dust everywhere from the job.. the molly maids arrived on time and were very professional. they went above and beyond what i expected. they sent three people to do the deep clean i requested and were here for 3 hours and didn't stop working. the house is sparkling and i more than satisfied. i will definitely use them again.

I live in Illinois, and I interacted with them when I was in Florida. I did not have them clean because I was leaving, but I got the estimate for a coming time. They seemed professional with what they said they would do for me. Everything was good. I would consider contacting them again in the future.

PERFECT! They responded very quickly and sent a crew out within a couple of days. Couldn't ask for a better service. We will be using them for future cleanings and recommending them to friends. They also offered $50.00 off the first cleaning since we found them on Angie's list. A great value, even without a coupon. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

I set up an appointment with Wendy to give me an estimate. She showed up on time, did a walk through with me, and wrote up a quote on the spot. I contracted the company for an initial cleaning which we scheduled for the following week. The cleaning took exactly the amount of time Wendy had estimated and my townhouse was spotless. I continue to use the the service for bi-weekly cleanings for 8 months now and intend to continue to do so. Usually, the housekeepers go about their cleaning uninterrupted while I am at work, but recently my daughter was at home from college on the appointed day. The housekeepers were so thoughtful to work around her (and her college sleeping habits). They still managed to get the entire house clean!

They are prompt, very thorough, and they do extra jobs when I ask it of them. The only problem is that they don't all speak English, so it can be hard to communicate. They are very efficient, and they do a very good job.

Very pleased with Molly Maid in general, and Wendy is a doll to work with(very responsive to calls and e-mails). I called Molly Maid, and Wendy came over the same day. She looked around for a few minutes, and gave me a written quote on the spot. The initial clean was about $230, but well worth it. Afterward, I could not find a speck of dust anywhere, and I definitely looked. They even cleaned my ceiling fans & A/C duct registers on the 15 foot ceilings, and all of the cabinet tops(I'd rather not say how dusty they were), baseboards, door trim, etc. We decided on bi-weekly visits and that is working perfectly. Each cleaning is $95, so roughly $200 per month. If I went with weekly cleanings, the price would be $75 per cleaning, or about $300/mo. The price is a little higher than what I paid the individual who was cleaning before them. However, that individual was unreliable and not nearly as thorough. Plus, I decided having an established local company that stands behind its service is important to me. BTW-Lots of extra nice touches-trash in kitchen & bathrooms removed, my daughter's large stuffed animal collection lovingly arranged on her bed, little folded points on the toilet paper. Have been using Wendy's service a few months now, and obviously I am rather pleased. Wanted to post this review to balance against the previous review. That reviewer is obviously a hard grader giving out B's & C's, but if you read the comments, that review is also quite favorable.

The initial clean up was excellent, no corner was left untouched and the house sparkled afterwards. They have been cleaning my house for 4 months and have maintained a high standard. They bring all their own equipment and cleaning materials. The two ladies wear a uniform and are very cheerful. They are reliable and trustworthy. I am very happy with the service. The initial clean up took longer and cost $230.00 with a $50.00 voucher. My house is 2100 square feet.
