Description of Work: My niece has the worst landlord in the world. The vanity in her main bathroom, which was made of that MDF stuff got wet and was crumbling. After a year of waiting for repair, the sink was falling through and she had to prop it up with bricks. I gave her a new vanity for her birthday. | |The plumber was supposed to show up on Monday. We had to call to find out what happened - he finally came on Friday. After one look at the mess of a vanity, he said he couldn't handle the job alone, and had to bring in someone else. Again, was supposed to show up on Monday, but did not get there until Tuesday. They pulled out the old moldy material that was the old vanity and found that the pipe behind the sink had been leaking for quite awhile - the drywall had to be replaced. I was seeing dollar signs. The drywall guy replaced about 60 sq feet of wallboard, including a corner, and painted it with waterproof paint. Miller Plumbing came back the next day and installed the new vanity, top, sink, and faucets. Their work was outstanding and everyone they sent was charming and conscientious. My husband joked that I would have to cash in my 401k, but the whole installation, including the drywall was only $789. We love Miller Plumbing!!
