They worked me into their schedule on the same day and Matt took care of the job quickly. He actually came up with a better solution to my problem than I had in mind. Great job!

They answered the phone and setup an appointment for the very next day even though it was not emergency service that was needed. They sent Matt who did a great job. I purchased my kitchen faucet on Amazon and they installed it with no issues. They fixed some clogs in the bathrooms and re-caulked the bathtub. I would highly recommend them.

Steve showed up on time, thoroughly went through all the bathrooms & kitchen to verify there were no leaks anywhere. Found an issue with our plumbing under the kitchen sink and changed it out quickly. Also fixed an issue under a bathroom sink quickly. Very professional, and priced fairly. I highly recommend them.

Mike's plumbing charged $35 just to come and look at the job. Their man arrived at the appointed time and took photographs, saying he had installed several maniblocks before. I never heard from them again even though I tried phoning several times. If they knew they would not be interested in installing a plumbing maniblock/manifold, why come to see the job except to make quick $35 in just a couple of minutes.

They responded to my email almost immediately and had someone out early the next day. Rich was incredibly professional, super nice, and very good with his work. They left no mess, they did all the work as needed, and gave me a fair price. This was my first time using them but will certainly not be my last! I appreciate them for demonstrating how a business should operate. Of note, four other plumbing companies I contacted about our leak never even returned our call or email!!! Thankfully, Mike's Plumbing was there.

Great experience! Richard arrived on time, and called just prior to confirm. He reseated a toilet that was not properly installed by another plumbing firm - including leveling, wax ring, and grouting. He installed a new faucet device in a guest bathroom, and another more complex one in the kitchen. He was courteous, efficient, and friendly. He even allowed our cats to watch! We received a "thank you" note from Richard about a week after our service. Excellent all the way around!

technician started on thursday was at home for 2 hours and did nothing, said he would be back friday, called and said he could not make it, came on saturday with a helper and was here for 3.5 hours, ridiculous amount of time to run one water line, tried to charge me for thursday and his time and helpers time for saturday, I refused and had to argue for a better price, settled on an amount but I was still getting ripped off, WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN

They arrived to fix my problem much sooner than I was promised, they did the job quickly, and the price was reasonable. I would definitely use them again.

Excellent service. Showed up on time and was both professional and friendly. Steve did a terrific job and explained every detail of what he did for our future reference. He also provided options and estimates for additional work that we need done. From initial contact with Jeremy, to scheduling, to the actual work, every step went as smooth as possible. The technician contacted me by phone prior to arrival (per our agreement) and arrived on time. Despite some difficulties in installing the heater due to its location (it took almost four hours), they stuck with their original not-to-exceed estimate. He also arranged the heater so a future replacement will be much easier.

Great - Jeremy arrived, got everything working with no issues. He had done work at my house before and I was happy to use his services again.

I've had good experiences with Mike doing my household plumbing work for years. Today, Mike's son Jeremy came out to replace my broken garbage disposal. He was on time, very courteous, and even fixed my toilet that wouldn't stop running. He didn't even charge me for the toilet. I'd be happy to have Mike or Jeremy back to my home. Prices are reasonable.
