MERCURY RISING AC & HEATING

I went to Mercury Rising because they were the authorized dealer for my Nutone Package Unit. There was only one in Naples. My one and only service was good. When I tried to call back the next year in 2012 to have the same service done, no one ever answers the calls, No one answers the cell number. Left messages 2 times and no one calls back. They ignore customer?s calls as I guess for my a/c unit there is a certain why it should be done, because the manual said I should only go to a Nutone Dealer. I was forced to go elsewhere, to Conditioned Air I went, which they were good with customer service, however they did not clean my a/c unit the way Mercury Rising did,as I had to tell them how Mercury Rising did it and they did do it, but said it was not part of what they do. I am trying again 8/1/15 and I?ve called and their answering machine is full, so I can?t leave a message. Don?t they ever check their machines and what is their problem with the phones? Maybe they need to hire a secretary to take their calls? I am going to try Monday to see what happens, but it looks like not much has changed from 2011.
