I worked with Maxine and she was fantastic! She was professional and incredibly helpful. She has an excellent eye and really helped pull everything together. I would definitely use Maxine again!

Extremely happy with the quality. Their designer William gave me great suggestions and they helped with financing and had it delivered in less than a week.

It did not go well. We are still dealing with them about a broken bar stool. After waiting six weeks for the bar stools, we found out they were never ordered. Since we were leaving our Florida home, we had to wait until the fall to have them delivered. One arm broke within months. Instead of coming out and fixing it, they told us we would have to wait for a part from China! After two months, and several phone calls, they sent someone to pick up the bar stool. They brought it back fixed after three days. However, the stool was scratched where the repairs were made. They were supposed to send someone out to repair the scratches. I received a call from them last week but have not returned the call. The covered dining room chairs needed to be steamed. When I asked for service, a man came out and took care of it. No problem.

The girls name was Maryanne that I first saw. I needed them to take the end table out of my car. They were not willing to do this and told me I would have to come back at another time. She got really angry and walked out to the front and took it out of my vehicle. She ran in and said I am not giving you a receipt that says returned. She told the women in the office about this and started talking bad about me. I told her I was sorry and she started screaming at me get out of this store. I was so shaken by this and called another store in this chain and they told me to have the store manager call me. He never called me back and I have not been able to get anyone to resolve this situation.
