lawn treatment
+ -1 moreAbout three weeks ago, I noticed my trees and shrubs not looking too good. Massey had just been at my house a week prior and left their usual note of "everything looks good, we applied the spray" and they left the bill. I decided to get a second opinion. I called another lawn company who was recommended to me, and a man stopped by the next day. He looked around my yard and told me that my threes and shrubs were covered with white fly. He showed me the problem, I had him spray. My yard looked like it was snowing, that's how polluted my trees were. I called Massey and fired them. How they didn't see these, I have no idea. And from what I have heard, it's a problem in Collier County, so wouldn't they have known to watch for them? I was very disappointed, and would never recommend them to anyone.
Description of Work: I hired Massey a year ago. They were hired to fertilize and control cinch bugs on my lawn every other month, as well as spray the shrubs and lawn every other month. They did the spraying as they said they would, but there was no one who really looked at the lawn and shrubs for any problems.
