 + -1 moreMarta is extremely knowledgeable and professional. She asked to take my tower with her so she could run diagnostics and fix the problem. Unfortunately for me the crash caused the loss of much of the data that I hadn't backed up. She made every effort to recover it. That said she got me up and running and I will gain the missing data from another computer.
