Description of Work: Marks Electric sent their guy in to replace the ballast in my bathroom. He came in, removed the bad ballast, inserted the good ballast, and he was out of there. Great job, very professional, very friendly. There was no charge, as I am the tenant and the bill was paid by the owner.
