Description of Work: I called them for a drywall,texture and paint estimate for our laundry and garage area. I received a call at the appointment time that he was stuck in traffic. He arrived approximately a half hour later. In total, he was in and out of our house in under ten minutes. The estimate was not itemized as I requested. I did not use this company.

Thank you for taking the time to leave us feedback. We are very sorry that you feel this way about our punctuality. Most trades give a two to four hour window on estimates, we give a 30 minutes window and always make sure that we arrive within those 30 minutes. Although we cannot control traffic or any accidents that might block the roads, we pride ourselves on being very punctual. Our estimator arrived to your estimate on time, which means within the 30 minutes window. As to the itemized estimate, we provided you with a detailed estimate with seven different line items, which breaks down the work very well considering that we quoted you on a job that was less than $1,890. We always try to keep the cost for our customers as low as possible, which means that we cannot give you prices for each and every line item individually as this would raise the cost for you since we would have to take trip charges and set-up fees into account. By presenting you with a package price, we make sure that all work is done at once within a few days and our workers don't have to keep setting up every day from scratch. Again, we are very sorry that you felt unsatisfied with your experience with us. Customer satisfaction is very important to us and we appreciate your feedback.
