POOR. Waste of time

We needed some fairly minor renovations on two rental properties that we own. Lukas from Top Solution came out quickly and I believe I had a quote for the work the next day. Fortunately the work could also be scheduled quickly and it was done within the next week or so. When the plumber determined that the job was not as complicated as first perceived, Lukas reduced the invoice to reflect this. If we decide to do any renovations in the future I will definitely keep Top Solution in mind.

!Great, helpful, punctual. Really helpful at handling emergency repairs when I was in a panic about arriving guests. On the discretionary jobs since they are great at helping create a clear, complete estimate, offering suggestions to make the work easier, more sensible for the space. Lucas is terrific! The price includes the 1st two jobs. The guys are great at not being underfoot. And with our water leak, they fixed the problem and did significant repairs quickly. One of the jobs was completed when I was not at home. I felt quite comfortable having them in virtually every room in the house. I would highly recommend them! As well, Michaela in the office is pleasant and gets you the answer to almost any question!

The staff used for each project were excellent. Dealing with Lucas on estimates, needs, timing and cost has been a pleasure. Fair pricing, delivered what was promised and on time. Sent pictures afterwards as we were not at this property when the work was being done! Totally trustworthy!

We had a very positive experience with Mark, his wife Martina and his very skilled staff of employees. The workmanship is top notch and the price was very fair. They have a beautiful showroom with samples of every possible style of floors, tiles,and cabinets. They made an extra effort to make sure that every last detail of the job was done to our satisfaction. Our condo looks fabulous thanks to them. We are so happy with the job they did and would absolutely recommend them to anyone!!!!

Paint kitchen back/splash, as well as prepare and paint a large bookcase and all 16 shelves. 10' x 5'. The bookcase had been dismantled for moving, and required considerable reassembly, and sanding for damages incurred in the move. Daniel Porras arrived promptly, worked cheerfully, did more than was expected, and did it all with real excellence; better than we expected. The bookcase has never been better. He was cheerful and polite, and a delight to have in our home. Without hesitation, I would recommend him to my best friend!

Mark and his crew did a fantastic job, George , Micheal, Yurik(?) and Juan were my reno guys, all were courteous and professional, patient with my questions, Arrived at specified time, worked around my work schedule. i cannot be more pleased with the outcome.

Lucas was prompt and went through everything we needed to get done. Maceli was excellent when I sent to the showroom to talk about carpet. We plan on using them starting late July

The owner and staff were very professional. the installers were great. The job took longer than planned through no fault of theirs, and they worked long hours, were professional and pleasant and very attentive to details. they made sure I was completely satisfied with the results before leaving.

We had no idea what to expect from a "remodeling package" -- always suspicious that "a deal" is too good to be true. But the final result of our bathroom remodel is very good. Repairs were needed, so rolling those into the remodel undoubtedly saved us some money, too. Work was done over the course of about four days; all the workmen involved went about their business without bothering the family, unless it was to ask a question regarding just how we wanted something done. Materials used all seem to be very good quality; we were able to select the tile for the shower area and the vanity top, which allowed us to coordinate colors. Finished product is great. A few minor cleanup issues were settled quickly and painlessly. We are very pleased with the final result and wouldn't hesitate to use Top Solutions again.

Everything went great. They were very responsive and very reasonable. Their contractors were all very qualified. The last time that I used them was a few weeks ago and their prices varied.

We are very pleased with the job done. From the initial contact with Lucas to the workmanship of George the painter, it was a very pleasant experience. George was on time, extremely courteous and very neat with his work. There were no surprises when it came to finalizing the bill either. Top solutions did every thing we asked for and exceeded our expectations.

Well, they were a bit more expensive then the other quotes received, but I was willing to pay for quality (as I always am) and using the references from here on Angies List I decided to go with them. They came out the same day I called, gave me a quote and I had them set up to begin the following Monday. I was happy as my Grandmother was being released from a skilled nursing facility and this is her bathroom and I was running out of time. After a rather rocky start which included the installer NOT doing the shower inset to my specifications, then we got out his boss and they wound up tearing it up and doing it the way I wanted all went well. He was finished including sealing in just 4 days. I WAS thrilled. It is beautiful. However, I went back in after a few days of allowing the cement to cure and the sealer to re-install the toilet, well big problem. The toilet flange was turned and cemented into place so I can not reinstall the toilet. The bolts are unfortunately cemented into place at 1 and 7 o'clock as opposed to when I removed the toilet when they were at 9 and 3. I have called the office and the gentleman who gave me the quote and took the money. NO RESPONSE. Now my poor 99 year old Grandmother has been home from the Nursing home for 4 days with no toilet. Obviously this brings them down greatly in points. I have called a plumber and will have them do it and plan to forward the bill to Top Solutions, we'll see. But ultimately even after doing a great job with the tile if I can't use the toilet then you screwed me, it's unfortunate.

They did a good job and I will use them again in the future.

First of all, their pricing was very good. They had a distributor for very nice wood cabinets that allowed me to get the cabinets in the kitchen for almost half of the quotes I got from other companies. Their crew was very good in taking everything out and keeping everything clean. The guys who installed the cabinets and the granite did a nice job. The only thing that slowed the work down was that we had a tight timeline and they had different installers. The people who installed the backsplash didn't do great and I had to have them come back. The gentleman called me right away and came over himself to take a look. He then agreed to do some corrections to make it better. There were other minor issues such as the granite installer not showing up when he said he would. Overall, they did a good job and they finished only a couple of days late. I probably would work with them a little bit different the next time in terms of getting the work properly done and finishing it on time.

It turned out very good. They did excellent work. I have nothing bad to say. They did a good job. I have some more work to be done and I actually already did call him to come and give me a quote for that. Their workmanship was a great quality. They were very pleasant and responsive. They called when they said they were going to call and they came when they said they were going to come. They did the work in a timely manner. I would say their pricing is average.

They did a fabulous job. The owner came to the house to look over the job and he was so knowledgeable and concise. The two ladies in the showroom were so informative and gracious. The work done by the workers was perfect- more than what we expected. You're always able to get in contact with them and they always call you back. Happy with the work and happy with the price. We're considering adding another bathroom and wouldn't consider calling anyone else.

With reference to my review of 12/31/2013 regarding Top Solution Inc. I should like to state that the issues and concerns I had with this company have been fully and amicably resolved in a highly professional way. Good, did everything on schedule as well as did everything promised at the agreed upon price. He was honest in our dealings.

I heard about Top Solution from a neighbor and saw the good reviews on Angie's list. Mark Hevier responded promptly with an estimate that was within our budget limits. He believed he could make major changes without damaging the tile floor which we wanted to keep. Other contractors warned that the floor would be damaged. We got estimates from 2 others which were close, but I preferred Mark because his company had a nearby showroom where I could select the wood for cabinets and tile for shower wall and floor. The work was done in timely fashion. All of the subcontractors from demo to glass were kind, courteous and attentive to our needs. They cleaned up nicely each day. The house was not messy and dusty like we experienced on different project with another contractor. Special thanks to the carpenter for our vanity cabinets and the fabricator of the granite for vanities and bath which are beautiful. Any minor problems which arose (to be expected in any major project) were quickly attended to. Mark honored the Angie's list discount and cheerfully performed additional minor changes to the plan. He was fair, honest, and easy-going. We're planning to hire him again for our next project.

Mark and his people are great. They were punctual, helped me pick out materials, made suggestions, came back to fix minor glitches and were very professional.

I was so pleased with his tradesmen. The tile men were perfectionists in getting the tile lined up perfectly. This was hard as tile were 24 x 24. The job was done perfectly. The men who installed were prompt, neat and very responsive to my requests. The wood floor was installed by a man that was also a perfectionist and was a pleasure to have in my home. The painters were unbelievably neat and did a very fine job. Carpeting installed with great care and neatly. The outdoor kitchen is in progress but I can only expect a great job. Top solutions also painted and carpeted my husbands office and it looks great. I have recommended this company to others. They are an all around construction company. The owner is very knowledgeable and what I consider a honest and fine man. In today's world its nearly impossible to find a company you can trust and that is responsive and has so many fine workmen. They deserve an A plus!!! His storefront has a large and fine quality inventory of tile, marble, granite and wood and carpet.

From start to finish everyone was very professional and friendly. The install was very quick but they did not slack on quality what so ever. I would suggest Top Solution for any remodeling you might be doing now or in the future!!
