The worker, Mari, was kind and considerate. He knew exactly what he had to do and came prepared because he had the photos that Mark had taken previously in his free consultation. He was very efficient, precise, and creative when he had to be for some tasks. He also cleaned up very well afterwards. We will definitely use Top Solution again and request Mari if he's available.

They remodeled three bathrooms for me, and built a floor-to-ceiling closet. Their work is spot-on. Great craftsmen, great work. I used their sister company, Floors In Style for my bathroom tile too. Great experience. They had to jackhammer out the old bathroom tile floors, and they did all they could to contain the dust. They're very considerate.

We had to have a roof leak repaired prior to Top Solution completing their part of the job and they were very patient. As soon as the roof was repaired we called to schedule our work and again their response was great. Mari from Top Solution worked on our job. He had to remove rotted drywall and the underlying wood behind the wall. It was more damage then we expected but he never complained about the scope of the work. As he worked the drywall repair (which had a lot of downtime) he would work on the smaller problems we had, electric, stucco cracks, fan installation. He was extremely professional and knowledgeable and a pleasure to have in our home. Every day when he left, he cleaned his work area! We will definitely hire Top Solution for any future projects!

Everything went well. Workers did a great job. They were punctional and professional. They were neat and cleaned up after them selves.

The company was quick to respond to my inquiry for their services. The manager came to review the scope of work the very day I called and once settling on the project, began work promptly the following week. The company provided 3-5 workers every day. All employees were punctual, very professional and on task working the entire day. The workers were well managed and the manager was quick to see any issues that might have needed additional attention. The manager was on site every day discussion the project with the workers and making sure everyone was on the same page. The company provided skilled and experienced, mature workers. The furniture and other items were covered and everything was cleaned, swept and put away at the end of each day. The project was completed within a week. I actually felt like they were family before the week was over. It is a pleasure to have workers take such pride in their work and absolutely aim to please. I would not hesitate to hire Top Solution again or to recommend them to anyone in my community looking for remodeling.

Without a hitch. Mark gutted both bathrooms and enlarged the master bath to make it more comfortable for a handy capped person. The quality of his work, and materials is top notch. His tile work is beautiful. The kitchen cabinets and countertops are also very beautiful. Selection of products was easy. He has a beautiful showroom with every choice you can imagine. At every price point. He is a man of his word. This is our first experience with buying and remodeling a property outside of our home state of Massachusetts. We were not able to be in Naples during this process. Mark's office kept us informed by e-mail with progress updates that included photos. Mark made it a very easy and good experience. Mark and his crew were always very professional and respectful of our property and courteous to the neighbors They started when they said they would and finished when they said they would be done. A great experience working with this company. The estimate matched the finished work with the exception of an added toilet that wasn't in the original bid. The crew was was courteous and thoughtful of the resident of the house. The work was done on time, follow up was good. Phone calls were answered and returned in a timely manner.

I had them twice in one week. The services they performed were done extremely well. They arrived on time. They cleaned up before they left. Most important: my needs were unusual, but they were able to figure out what had to be done to solve my problem. They were very personable and pleasant to work with.

It went very well - only had one glitch had a day when one of their employees had a family emergency. They did call us and tell us that they would not be here that day. So we appreciated that they kept us informed. Very pleased with the results.

Quality of labor and materials was outstanding. Both employees and subs were excellent. Everything was done quickly, but expertly. Demolition materials were hauled away daily. After each job, complete cleanup was done, leaving no mess. Extra things were done that we did not expect, but no extra charges were required. We were extremely satisfied and will use them again.

A rep from Top Solutions promptly came out the day before to go over what it was that I needed done. They came the next day and did everything they said they were going to do and in a very professional manner. The crew was really nice and did a very good job and all in one day! I have hired single contractors that were one man operations that took forever. I was always waiting around for them to show up. Do yourself a favor and get the job done by pros. I highly recommend Top Solutions and will be calling them again for further work. I thought the pricing was fair, too. This vendor could not have provided a better experience. Veronika sent a gentleman, Lucas, to our home to measure and give us some ideas and write up a construction plan. His estimate was excellent. After we visited the showroom, on a Friday, chose the cabinet style and floor tile, we were escorted 3 blocks to a huge granite vendor where we chose the color we wished. This was a "one stop shop" which made it easy for us. We asked Veronica if she could begin ASAP -- to our surprise, she called us later that day to say the demolition would begin the following Tuesday. The project went smoothly from demolition, to final installation - and they did exactly what they had promised to do. They also refurbished several of the old kitchen cabinets and installed in other rooms to serve as storage cabinets. That was slightly extra at our request. We are very pleased with this company and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for good work at a reasonable price.

I wanted to do some remodel in my house, and decided to call Mark Hevier Enterprises Top Solution, they never returned my calls, and after talking to neighbors they beg me not to use this company, they had some HORRIBLE experience with Mark Hevier Enterprises Top Solution. So I thank you for not returning any of my calls, I deciced to hire another company. Save your self a headache and hire another company, this people shouldn't be on Angie's List,

Everything went well. They were here 8 hours. I had a lot of simple things but they completed everything.

went well. they worked steadily and did a good job, which is hard to find in Naples. They were attentive to the quality of the work, also hard to find.

The crew arrived on time everyday and where professionally attired and communicated in a professional manner. My husband is a General Contractor in the state of of primary residence, so he certainly was watchful of the work to be preformed and would know if it was done correctly. We both were very happy with the results! My husband said the work was done 100% correctly, they were conscious to contain the mess as much as possible and the new slider and door looks like it has been there for years. We will certainly use them again for future needs.

It went very well. We have used Mark for six years for a wide variety of job, including a complete exterior paint job. All his work has been very professional, done on a timely basis and at a reasonable cost. We will use him whenever a need arises.

He was meticulous, precise, and very neat. He did a wonderful job making sure every bracket was in a beam so every shelf, pole, and tower would be very sturdy. John did a fabulous job; I would recommend him highly!
