Description of Work: On the phone i asked for a washer machine repair. When the person showed up to do the repair he said he doesn't work on washer machines, he works on pipes leading to the washer machine. I explained to him that on the phone I requested a washer machine repair. He left my condo then came back in 10 minutes attempting to charge me for a service call. That was horrendous that he was looking to charge me for the company's mistake.

Description of Work: Mold remediation in bathroom due to leaking tub. Bathroom was sealed off from rest of house. Applied negative air scrubbers, removed all mold-covered or soggy wallboard and wood materials, and treated ithe area with mold prevention products. Installed new bathtub, completed all plumbing required, replaced wallboard and cement board, replaced vapor barriers, insulation and fur stripping on outer walls, all studs were replaced on inner wall. All tiles were replaced around tub area and all painting, grouting and caulking necessary was completed.
