Description of Work: We chose Lundstrom Development to build a new house for us starting in June, 2010 and they did a great job. They have been in this business for a long time and employ old world quality craftsmen to do the work, people who have worked for them for years so they build a high quality house with high-end finish work. Every new house has some problems and ours has had its share but the Lundstroms have responded immediately to any problems, bending over backwards to solve them. We will build another house with them.

Description of Work: This is the first house I have ever had built from the ground up and, after interviewing several builders in the area, we chose Lundstrom Builders. We had seen a number of houses they had built in this area and they felt solid and we liked the look of their houses. We are building a good sized home, approximately 3800 sf and, currently, we are about 90% finished. This house is turning out beautiful. It is exceeding my expectations which more experienced friends have told me is something that rarely happens in the house building process. We have relied on Greg Lundstrom of Lundstrom Builders to select all contractors without our having to micro-manage any part of the process. They do what they say they are going to do. They accept responsibility for any issues and make sure problems are resolved asap. We are enjoying the relationship and the process.
