 + -1 moreVery unprofessional organization. In spite of their scheduling mishap, I was still going to use them since I had already hired movers to get all furniture out of house. Requested a call back to confirm new dates and never received. I shouldn't have to beg someone to take my $6500. Most unprofessional company I have ever encountered!!
Description of Work: I made arrangements with Chad mid May to have floors refinished week of July 10th. We exchanged several emails validating the dates. I called today (7/7) to make sure we were all set only to find out we were not scheduled. Apparently, they required a deposit but failed to communicate that to me. I would have happily paid the deposit. They booked another job the week I had reserved back in a May. There was never a call, email or any communication sent to me.
