Great experience with Dan. He performed an inspection of my chimney. The inspection was very detailed with photos. He provided an estimate for repair. I have not been able to find a company to repair chimneys in 4 years in my zip code. So, when the inspector said the chimney is no longer structurally sound ... then you get it fixed. Line item Maintenance has an awesome team. I met a very personable and professional named Joel who gave me a run down of what was next. The team doing the stucco is on my roof at this time. I would highly recommend having your chimney inspected by this reliable company. And, should repairs be necessary, I recommend using them. It’s been a pleasure working with Line Item Maintenance.
