 + -1 moreThe day we arrived home, we called Lesther's Lawncare. The owner returned our call that night and stopped by to assess our situation the next day. Two days later, he and his crew arrived before 8 AM and were HARD at work by the time we arrived to move back into our house to which the power had been restored the evening before. Lesther and his crew sawed, they hauled, they raked, they stacked for nearly 12 hours straight and finished just before 8 PM by blowing off the driveway.
Description of Work: We returned from evacuating for Hurricane Irma to find both our large front and back yards thickly covered with downed tree limbs, downed trees both from our own yard and from the woods that abut 3 sides of our property, and even a huge, mature Cypress that had crashed through our fence and lay crosswise in our back yard. We knew it would be a labor intensive project to clear the yards again and would require tree-and-branch disposal equipment we do not have.

 + 0 moreThe two men worked steadily throughout a very steamy afternoon, right through several downpours, relocating existing plants, adding a row of new ones, removing plants that were in poor health or simply didn't belong, and adding thick layers of 2 different colors of mulch to complement the whole. The effect was dramatic and spectacular. We love what Lesther's did. Now to the mowing. Not only did Lesther's mow our backyard on schedule throughout the month my husband was gone, Lesther's also trimmed areas that the mower couldn't reach and mowed an area out front by our mailbox that my husband hadn't mentioned to him but needed to be done to keep the property looking tip-top. My husband and I couldn't have been more pleased.
Description of Work: Lesther's mows our neighbors' yard, so my husband asked Lesther's to mow our fairly large back yard for the month that he was out of the area. When Lesther's owner stopped by for details on what my husband wanted, the owner mentioned that he also did landscaping. Our front yard had been professionally landscaped several years ago, but it needed redoing, so my husband told the owner the amount he was willing to spend on re-landscaping the area. The owner told him what his vision of the renovated area would look like for that amount, and my husband told him to go ahead. The owner and another of his crew returned the next day and turned the area nearest our house into a pleasing eye catcher.
