+ -1 moreI am a Realtor on Marco Island. I found myself needing to obtain an Elevation Certificate for a customers home purchase and I needed it within a day or two. I contacted Maxine at Land Point Surveys on a Thursday. Due to having a cancellation she was able to schedule it for the next day. The Surveying crew arrived on time (at 11:00 am), completed their work quickly and were able to get me a copy of the Elevation Certificate by email by 4:00 the same day. Maxine was even able to hand deliver the originals to me by 7:00 that same evening. I highly recommend Land Point Surveys.

Description of Work: I contacted Land-Point on the advice of a friend in order to have a LOMA map amendment survey done to verify my flood elevation which was recently changed by FEMA. My objective was to obtain, if any, an insurance premium adjustment based on accurate survey principals. Land-Point exceeded my expectations in all areas of engagement from start to finish. I would HIGHLY recommend Land-Point to anyone in the state of Florida requiring survey services.
