+ -1 moreJustin from Kristian Air installed my Train AC unit. 15 months later had a no cooling problem. To fix this problem, he installed a coil the same expansion valve 4 times and he replaced the compressor twice. The unit is still not working he will not come out and look at it. Parts were covered by warranty he charged me $1300 for the first coil and expansion valve which didn’t fix the problem he did not charge labor for the 2 compressors or the 3 extra expansion valves. I am still having problems with the unit.

+ -1 moreMy A/C was not cooling my home. Justin came out and checked the unit and found it be ok, but cleaned it and made some adjustments. He said to call back if the problem was not solved and he would have to go under the house and check the duct work. The problem was not solved so I called him back on Friday evening. He said that he would call me back on Monday morning and let me know when he could return. He didn't call back on Monday morning, so I called him in the afternoon. He said he would call me back shortly, but he didn't. I called two additional times and left messages on his voice mail. No call back. It was apparent that he was not going to call and didn't want the job. He has not called back and it is now 5 days later. I have arranged for another company to do the work.

+ -1 moreKristian Air repaired our return vent ducting and water drain lines off the air handler in a timely manner. Left the place clean after he was finished with the job. The tech, Justin, even went beyond the call of duty by helping me pump air into my wife's SUV. He dropped everything he was doing and took out his nitrogen tank to make the job a lot faster. After the job was finished, he handed me his company's quote to replace the whole AC system if they were to do the job but recommended that we wait until there really was a major problem. It's nice to find an honest HVAC company that's not out to push new installations every time you call them for service. I highly recommend Kristian Air for anyone looking to have their "Old" system repaired or replaced.
Description of Work: Fixed a crushed return vent duct in the attic and repaired a drain line by the air handler. He also inspected the "OLD" unit other local major HVAC companies are pushing to replace.

+ -1 moreAny work that was ever done by them has always been excellent. I am planning to use them this month to replace an air exchanger in my new home.
Description of Work: Yearly check of air conditioning system. But, have used this company over the past 10 years many times for service to my air conditioner and would never consider using anyone else. They are the most honest company I have ever come across. I originally called them because another company told me I needed a bigger unit to cool my condo. Kristian Air came and found that the other company had over filled the freon in my unit. As soon as they drained it, I got cold air! Another time, a service man from Kristian said there was a problem with my thermostat, he replaced it and charged me $100. The next day, I received a call from the owner who told me he checked the thermostadt that was removed and found there was nothing wrong with it. He sent someone else, gave me back the original part and refunded my money! I would have never known there was nothing wrong and yet they were honest enough to tell me and give me my money back.
