+ -1 moreStay far away from this pool company. Had an 18 month ordeal to get the pool "somewhat" finished and the quality was not there for what we paid for. Kool Poolz seems to outsource most work to subcontractors and rarely followed up with issues until we contacted an attorney. The paving company did a miserable job and we needed to hire another company to fix a significant issue. We are now having warranty issues with the salt cell and heater and the owner (Mitch Hamilton) never returns any calls. Just found out that Kool Poolz never even filed the warranty documents. Stay away from this company unless you have no problem overpaying for a pool, getting a low quality product that does not match the design and no concern that this company never addresses issues that they caused!!!

+ 0 moreI like them very much and I would recommend them to Angie's list. He's been great. From the way this house is, they have ended up finding more and more half done work.
Description of Work: I'm using them for concrete services and they're redoing my entire pool. He did initial work for me to find out that I had issues. He patiently waited as I got through those problems.
